Terms & conditions of sale and use

1. Purpose

These terms and conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Seller Imago service, a platform for generating product visuals for the Amazon and Shopify marketplaces from photos and catalogues supplied by the client (the "Service"), published by [Company legal name] ("Seller Imago", "we").

Creating an account or using the Service implies full acceptance of these Terms.

2. Description of the service

Seller Imago offers AI-assisted generation of product visuals (main image, lifestyle shots, diagrams, A+ content) from photos, catalogues and information supplied by the user, with manual review and validation before publication.

The Service is offered as a monthly subscription, according to the plans described in Article 4.

3. Account creation

Access to the Service requires creating an account with accurate, up-to-date information. The user is responsible for the confidentiality of their credentials and for any activity carried out from their account.

The Service is reserved for professionals acting within the scope of their business activity.

4. Plans and pricing

Prices are exclusive of tax and may be revised; any change will be communicated to the user before it applies to their current subscription. Unused credits (products or images) for a given period are not carried over to the next period.

5. Term, billing and termination

The subscription runs for one month, automatically renewed, with no minimum commitment.

Upgrading to a higher plan takes effect immediately, with pro-rata billing for the current period. Downgrading or cancelling takes effect at the end of the current billing period; no refund is due for the period already started, except where required by law.

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate an account in the event of non-payment or serious breach of these Terms, after formal notice has gone unanswered where required by law.

6. User obligations

The user warrants that they:

• hold all necessary rights to the photos, brands, logos and content they submit to the Service;
• that such content does not infringe third-party rights or public order;
• will check that generated visuals comply with each marketplace's rules before publishing, final validation remaining their responsibility.

7. Intellectual property of generated visuals

Subject to full payment of amounts due, visuals generated from the user's photos and catalogues belong to the user and may be freely used within their business activity. The Service's technology, models and interface remain the exclusive property of [Company legal name].

8. Availability and liability

We use reasonable means to ensure the availability and quality of the Service, without guaranteeing any particular commercial outcome (conversion rate, sales), which depend on many factors specific to each product and market.

We cannot be held liable in the event of force majeure, temporary unavailability for maintenance, or non-conformity of a visual not reported by the user before publication.

9. Personal data

10. Changes to these terms

We may amend these Terms; the applicable version is the one in force at the time the Service is used. Users will be informed of substantial changes by email or in-app notification.

11. Governing law and jurisdiction
